When you check the consent box on our quote form and submit your information, you authorize us to share the contact and quote-related information you provided with one or more of the following categories of recipients so that they can provide quotes or follow up on your request:

- Licensed insurance agents and brokers appointed by one or more carriers.
- Managing general agents (MGAs) authorized to represent insurance carriers.
- Marketing partners that operate consumer-facing comparison or matching services.

3. SMS / MMS Scope
SMS and MMS text-message consent is held by AutoRateNow.com alone. Your mobile phone number is shared with the recipients listed above only for the purpose of receiving phone calls or email from them about your quote. We do not share your mobile number with any third party for them to send you SMS or MMS text messages. SMS messages you receive from AutoRateNow.com come only from us and relate solely to your quote request.
4. Advertising, Analytics & Service Providers
We use third-party service providers to operate the Site, attribute conversions, prevent fraud, deliver email and SMS on our behalf, and record consent. These providers receive limited information about you (for example, your IP address, click identifiers, device information, and aggregated event data), governed by contracts that restrict their use of that information to those services. We do not share your full quote-request information with these service providers for their own marketing purposes.
5. How to Opt Out
- SMS: reply STOP to any text from us. Reply HELP for help.
- Email: click the unsubscribe link in any email from us, or write to info@autoratenow.com with the subject "Unsubscribe."
- Phone calls from AutoRateNow.com: tell the caller you would like to be removed, or email the address above.
- Phone calls from a recipient we matched you with: contact that recipient directly. Opting out of communications from us does not automatically opt you out of communications from a recipient you have already been matched with.
6. Request a Current List of Specific Recipients
You have the right to know specifically which carriers, agents, brokers, marketing partners, or service providers we shared your information with.
To request a current list of specific recipients we may share consumer quote-request information with, or a record of recipients we have shared your information with, email info@autoratenow.com with the subject line "Recipient List Request." We will respond within 45 days as required by applicable U.S. state privacy laws. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling the request.
7. Changes
We update our network of recipients periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent material change to this disclosure.
